Monday

We’re looking at a rainy day today in Asheville, so what’s better than a movie night this evening? Join Local 604 Bottle Shop for their screening of Coil’s “Colour Sound Oblivion” and dive into a world of performance art. Some of the material is mature in theme, so they request that those only 18+ attend. The movie will begin at 8 and run until 11, so come for a fun night and get ready to enjoy beer, cider, sodas and more!

Tuesday

With a forecast of partly cloudy skies and 91 degree weather for Tuesday, take a look at Romantic Asheville’s hiking guides, waterfall trip lists and more! With the heat this week, we’re suggesting hikes near cool waters. With the top 60 waterfalls to see in WNC, your day will be packed with beautiful views! So grab your adventurous friends and get out there!

Wednesday

If you’ve not already heard about Urban Orchard’s new cider release for the 4th, definitely make sure you check out their Boys of Summer growler! With hints of Watermelon and Mint, this cider goes perfectly with your backyard barbeque. Urban Orchard will be open from Noon to 7 on the Fourth of July as well, so make sure to stop by!

Thursday

For Thursday, make sure to check out the Lazoom Room’s “Home Groan Pun Comedy Battle” where you can watch six local wordsmiths compete for local bragging rights! Doors open at 7:30 and the show starts right at 8, so make sure to get there early! Seats will be filling up fast!

Friday

Feeling tropical this Friday? Check out Highland Brewery’s Island To Highland Reggae Festival this Friday! There will be performances from TurnUp Truk, Saylyn, Chalwa, and Jake Burns, spanning from 6 to 10pm. Bring your best friends for a night of relaxation, good music, and more!

Saturday

If you’re looking for a relaxing Saturday, check out Asheville Salt Cave for their Sound Healing Concert. The concert will be performed by Skinny Beats Drum Shop and Gallery, Billy Zanski. Enjoy the sounds of transient crystal bowls, unique African instruments, and various drums. This event is only $38 and reservations are required.

Sunday

Love Go Karts? Are you a thrill seeker? Say no more! Play Staytion has $6.50 Go Karts so make sure to grab your family and friends and challenge them on the track! Let your racing do the talking as you see who is the best driver in your group!
