Farm Asheville

Head on over to Dr. King’s farm and take a tour! The farm is only 15 minutes from Downtown Asheville and is home to American Buffalo, the White Bison, Black Bison, Camels, African Watusi, North American Elk, Himalayan Yak, and Deer. Get an up close and personal look at local farm life and see the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains!

If you’re in the mood to hunt for some antiques, check out Sweeten Creek Antiques for their 10% off Tuesdays! It’s a pickers paradise with over 125 vendors on site. Bring the whole family, there’s something for everyone!


Cheers For A Cause

In the mood for good food and and a good cause? Check out The Corner Kitchen and Chesnut’s Cheers for a Cause. Every Wednesday in 2018, they will donate a portion of the proceeds to a local non-profit! Their June recipient is Southern Appalachian Conservancy.


Bluegrass Jam

Jack of the Wood’s Bluegrass Jam is in full swing this Thursday with a revolving roster of local talented players and special guests. Receive $1 off  Bourbons and ask the bartender about daily drink specials! Tell ‘em you saw them on Dig Local.


Lazoom Comedy Night

LaZoom Comedy Night is back with Yedoye Travis at the Lazoom Room from 9-11:30pm. If you can’t make this, check out their bus tour schedules for comedy, Asheville history and more!
